Prairie Lane Estates is a large subdivision comprised of Prairie Lane East and Prairie Lane West. There are over 200+ homes in the neighborhood and has multiple entrances off of Bittersweet and Anderson. There is an Home Owner’s Association. The dues are $80.00 per year but subject to change. Recent home sales have been between $300,000 and $400,000 making this one of the more affordable Granger subdivisions if you’re looking to get access to Penn Schools. As a resident of Granger, Indiana, you’ll have access to quality schools, parks, golf courses, shopping, and amazing dining options. The University of Notre Dame is also nearby Granger, in the neighboring city of South Bend which isn’t a very far drive from Prairie Lane Estates. Notre Dame provides entertainment with football games, basketball games, hockey, and other sports contests as well as tailgating during football season.
