Brendon Hills homes were built in the late 1990’s and there is an HOA in this neighborhood. The HOA dues are currently $200 per year (as of 2023) but are subject to change. This is a larger subdivision with over 200+ homes and priced in the $400,000’s to $500,000’s on average. Brendon Hills is located within walking distance to Toscana Park and Heritage Square which features modern retail shops, fitness facilities, and plenty of restaurant options as well as Martin’s Grocery store.

As a resident of Granger, Indiana, you’ll have access to quality schools as Penn Harris Madison school corporation features several highly ranked schools in the state of Indiana on all levels (elementary, middle school, and high school). Granger also offers several beautiful parks, golf courses, shopping, and amazing dining options. The University of Notre Dame is also nearby Granger, in the neighboring city of South Bend which isn’t a very far drive from Brendon Hills. Notre Dame provides entertainment with football games, basketball games, hockey, and other sports contests as well as tailgating during football season.
