As of 2023, these homes have an average sales price above $250,000 and should benefit from the new construction homes being built in the $350,000 to $450,000 price range in the back of Deerfield Estates. In 2023, phase 2 opened as land was developed by Allen Edwin Homes and roads were installed to connect to phase 1 of Deerfield Estates.
