Fox Chase is a quiet subdivision tucked away in the county with land bordering around it. Fox Chase interweaves around beautiful lakes and eventually connects to Devonshire Pointe, another premiere Granger subdivision. As you drive around Fox Chase, you’ll find over 170+ homes that were built in the 1990’s and 2000’s. This is an HOA neighborhood and the annual dues are $175.00 (as of 2023) but subject to change.

As you exit Fox Chase and head south on Elm road, you’ll find the Penn Harris Public Library as well as the Harris Township Park with a playground, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts.

As a resident of Granger, Indiana, you’ll have access to quality schools, parks, golf courses, shopping, and amazing dining options. The University of Notre Dame is also nearby Granger, in the neighboring city of South Bend which isn’t a very far drive from Fox Chase. Notre Dame provides entertainment with football games, basketball games, hockey, and other sports contests as well as tailgating during football season.
